Functionality 

Can this HTML activity be opened directly in Microsoft Teams?

It can be uploaded into a Teams assignment, but students will need to download the file and open it in their own browser to ensure full functionality.

Do students need internet access for these to work?

Most activities are fully offline once downloaded, but some (e.g. those using Chart.js or external libraries) require internet to load the scripts.

Can the activity be run on a school Chromebook or iPad?

Yes. The activity is compatible with school Chromebooks and iPads when accessed through a modern browser (Chrome, Edge, or Safari).

Please note that iPads running iOS may experience reduced functionality. Some JavaScript-dependent features, including multiple-choice interactions and diagram tools, may not fully load or respond correctly because of limitations within iOS browsers.

Not currently recommended for iPads or iPhones due to limitations with some JavaScript-based interactive features.

What if the HTML won’t open on a school computer?

Check that the file extension is “.html” and open it with a modern browser. If blocked, the IT department may need to whitelist local HTML files.

Do students need to install anything to use these?

No installation is required — just double-click the HTML file after downloading.

What if the diagrams or other features do not show up when I use the resource.

Download the file to your computer first — don’t open it directly from Teams or Outlook. Then open it in a web browser like Chrome or Edge. If it still doesn’t work, right-click the file → Properties → tick “Unblock” → Apply to allow active content. If the diagrams still don’t appear, try another browser (e.g. Firefox) — some networks or extensions can restrict scripts.

What if you improve or update a resource I’ve already bought?

If it’s the same resource but has been updated and improved, you will automatically receive the new version via email, free of charge. Please remember to check all email folders (including spam/junk).

How will I know if an update has been released?

You’ll receive a notification email with the updated file attached or a download link. Important updates. Please also follow the LinkedIn page for further notifications.

Do I need to pay again for minor fixes or improvements?

No. Bug fixes, visual improvements, or added explanations are included as part of your purchase.

Can I request new features or suggest changes?

Yes — feedback is welcome! Suggestions from teachers often shape the next update. While not every request can be included, popular or high-impact ideas are prioritised. Please use the 'Contact' page for such requests.

Are your prices inclusive of VAT?

Yes, all prices displayed include VAT for UK customers. International customers will see prices excluding local taxes.

Do I need an account to place an order?

No, you can checkout as a guest. However, creating an account allows you to track orders, save addresses, and view your order history.
